ABOUT ME

I joined Prof. Hein's machine learning group as a postdoctoral researcher in August 2014. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. My thesis titled "Learning Kernels for Multiple Predictive Tasks" won the best doctoral dissertation award in XRCI Open'15. I did my B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Bombay in 2009.

My research is primarily in Machine Learning and Optimization. My current work focuses on kernel learning under various setups such as Multiple Kernel Learning, Multi-task Learning and Rule Learning.
